GDPR

I. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

  1. Access to and use of the service are conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By registering or using the services, the customer agrees that they have read and fully understood the following terms of use and that LuxuryFlowers cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from a customer's failure to read the service terms.

  3. By placing an order, the customer automatically accepts all the terms of service listed below, regardless of whether they have been read or not.

  4. LuxuryFlowers reserves the right to modify these terms of use without prior notice. Customers are expected to read all terms before placing an order to ensure they are aware of any changes. In the case of a material change, LuxuryFlowers will attempt to provide notice at least 30 days before the new terms come into effect.

  5. Orders or price inquiries can only be made via the contact form on this site, by phone, or by email. The customer is obliged to provide accurate and detailed information regarding the desired product. LuxuryFlowers cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  6. All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination of the contract will remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, due payments, and limitations of liability.

  7. In the event of a force majeure circumstance preventing one party from fulfilling its contractual obligations, performance of obligations will be postponed for the duration of the force majeure. Such events exempt the party only if they result in an impossibility to meet the contract requirements, not if performance becomes more difficult or costly.

  8. Any disputes arising from the use of the service will be resolved amicably. If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, jurisdiction belongs to the courts of Romania.

  9. LuxuryFlowers will maintain the confidentiality of all customer data, including usernames and passwords. LuxuryFlowers will not share or sell this information to third parties.
